Your items will be dispatched between 1-2 days after payment has been received (except for pre-order items). Once in transit, please anticipate a delivery window of up to 7 days. Shipments to rural areas may take longer. We value your understanding and patience. We do not ship on public holidays or weekends.

You will receive tracking notifications via email once your order has been placed and your item/s lodged for shipment. To minimise postal delays, please ensure you have correctly entered your shipping address. 

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.

Free shipping over $80 does not apply during sale periods.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your Luxe House Melbourne purchase! We offer refunds and replacements within 30 days of dispatch, provided products are in a perfect, unused condition, with original packaging in-tact. Please email info@luxehousemelbourne.com.au to arrange a return. If this timeframe has lapsed, we cannot offer a refund or store credit. Return shipping is at your expense. Refunds not available on e-gift cards or sale items.
