Your items will be dispatched between 1-2 days after payment has been received. Once in transit, please anticipate a delivery window of up to 7 days. Shipments to rural areas may take longer. We value your understanding and patience. We do not ship on public holidays or weekends.

You will receive tracking notifications via email once your order has been placed and your item/s lodged for shipment. To minimise postal delays, please ensure you have correctly entered your shipping address. 

We also ship to New Zealand. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. If you are anywhere else in the world, send us an email info@luxehousemelbourne.com.au and we can give you a shipping quote.

 

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your Luxe House Melbourne purchase! We offer refunds and replacements within 30 days of dispatch, provided products are in a perfect, unused condition, with original packaging in-tact. Please email info@luxehousemelbourne to arrange a return. If this timeframe has lapsed, we cannot offer a refund or store credit. Return shipping is at your expense. Refunds not available on e-gift cards or sale items.

A bumpy wax surface is not a fault but may be a result of using coconut soy wax with no toxic additives. It can also be caused when the rate of cooling is inconsistent and, unfortunately, it is difficult to control once the candle is lit and extinguished. Please see our FAQs page for more information.
